High-level details, documentation and access required (common across all functions/Workstreams):
- Access to any pre-existing ERP system, or any essential Business Applications
- Access to Group Email accounts / Helpdesk / Ticketing system access (if any)
- Access to Shared drive access (if any)
- Policy and workflow documentation for all 'As-is' process for all functions in-scope of outsourcing
