These tools and checklists have been developed by Workforce Connexion to support your function heads & delivery managers in their roles with the departments/process that are being outsourced.

High-level details, documentation and access required (common across all functions/Workstreams):

• Access to any pre-existing ERP system, or any essential Business Applications
• Access to Group Email accounts / Helpdesk / Ticketing system access (if any)
• Access to Shared drive access (if any)
• Policy and workflow documentation for all 'As-is' process for all functions in-scope of outsourcing
• Org. Charts and Team structure
• Job descriptions of impacted teams/staff (under the functions in-scope of outsourcing)
